This professionally framed lot features a BC comic strip with golf content redrawn by M Swaim. The BC comic which was created in 1958 featured prehistoric time characters presented in a gag-a-day format of jokes in the daily funnies. The creating cartoonist was Johnny Hart, who was born and raised in Endicott, NY and an avid golf fan. This association led to the naming of the BC Open PGA tour stop which was held in Endicott from 1971-2006, and featured Hart's characters in it's advertising of the event.
