1937 Wire Photos: Ralph Guldahl with Trophy & Photo of Frank Walsh
Offered here are a pair of photos from the 1937 US Open held at Oakland Hills Country Club. Ralph Guldahl is shown hoisting the trophy after defeating Sam Snead. The second photo shows Frank Walsh standing in the water on the 16th hole during the tournament. The Guldahl photo measures 6 1/2" x 8 1/2" and the Walsh photo is 8" x 10".
