Jack Nicklaus Signed Vice 18 'Never Miss' Logo Golf Ball
A special addition collaboration project comprised of Jack Nicklaus' resounding brand and Vice golf ball's manufacturing and design execution skills resulted in this 'Never Miss' ball with the Nicklaus mindset, accurate for this one with the 18-time major champion's flawless black sharpie signature. Vice used a Cast Urithane cover and produced them in both white and golf colorways. Notice the Golden Bear's hear rising from the 'e' in 'Vice.' This is the first signed example we have seen, a thought-out branded ball/signature combination from the top major golfer of all-time. Due to a contract dispute in which Jack Nicklaus purportedly prevailed over VIce in the court of law stating that the latter didn't have permission to his name, image or likeness, Nicklaus refrains from signing these balls - a medium that he has already scaled back on and on his 'do not sign' through the mail list. A rarity indeed. James Spence Authentication (JSA) has reviewed the signatures and their auction letter of authentication will come with this lot.
