Dual handled with a narrow, ornate and stylized stem holding the shallow cup is this 1907 Mohawk Golf Club August Cup award composed of silverplate. Worthy recipient MC Fitzgerald took him the title and this prize nearly 120 years ago. While the Mohawk Golf Club in Schenectady, New York opened in 1898, it wouldn't be until 1907 when the championship course would be completed - the year of this tournament.
