1945 PGA Championship Press Room at Moraine CC Original Photo By John Anderson
It was a different time. Part of Byron Nelson's historic 11 wins in a row, the WWII period PGA Championship at Moraine Country Club happened 80 years ago and looking at the Press Room looks like it could have been even longer. Type writers, cigars and adult beverages to be had, with a chalkboard bracket in the front of the room. This crystal clear original photo was taken by John Anderson and is notated on the backside in ink Moraine CC 1945. 8" x 10"
