Bronx Bombers were downed by the Brooklyn Dodgers in 1955 for the Dodger's first World Series title and only while New York based. This original 1955 program from that contest is a special one, since reproduced and stated as such on the verso for those copies, is improbably signed by Hall of Famers from both sides of the isle. Predating this bout was Joltin' Joe Dimaggio, retiring just years before and a rookie Sandy Koufax to highlight the signatures found on the front of this program, joined by Yogi Berra and Duke Snider! Significance in the world of sport for this Dodgers' first (pennant) and colorfully clad covered reader should not go unnoticed, carrying challenging scribe from some of the greats of the game's rich history.
