Tiger Woods 2000 Nike Golf PGA Champion Collector Edition Card
Similar to the Niketown card, this oversize Tiger Woods Nike promo card was distributed in advertising effort and specifically to celebrate Woods' then most recent triumph of the 2000 PGA Championship - 18 under winning tally. The Collectors Edition card uses a different image than the 2001 Upper Deck card from the same tournament, also a more uncommon entrant than its aforementioned Niketown contemporary. This royal blue bordered card presents in good, clean condition. Tiger Woods won his second straight PGA Championship at the 2000 PGA Championship at Valhalla Golf Club in Louisville by defeating Bob May. Both had finished the final round at 18-under-par 270 (a new scoring record), but it was Woods who prevailed by one stroke following a three hole playoff.
