Phil Mickelson's Signed & Used 1995 Phoenix Open Official Final Round Scorecard
From the final round of the 1995 Phoenix Open is Phil Mickelson's signed and used contestant's scorecard in which he shot a 2-over 73 for a four round cumulative total of 277. In Mickelson's home state of Arizona, Lefty went on to win the Phoenix Open the following year (1996) for his 7th PGA Tour victory after a playoff with Justin Leonard. Mickelson would become a multi-champion at the 'People's Open' with a win in 2013, his 41st on the PGA Tour.
