Haberdashery from Jack Nicklaus' own closet simply does not come to market, which is why when the call came in from an individual that has a direct connection to the golden bear, club membership at a Nicklaus design and this personal coat from the 18-time major winner's wardrobe the team was extremely interested. Custom tailored for Jack Nicklaus and including his white stitched 'J. Nicklaus' on cloth tag just below the inside lower pocket (unique to personal coats) is this 'golden' colorway suit coat that Nicklaus was given to wear at his 'Jack Nicklaus International Invitational' amateur tournament with international flair and of course his namesake. It remains in very good condition, and is a Jack Nicklaus branded coat as well - a man that endorsed formal attire for many decades including the Hart Schaffner & Marx Mailliard's company line. This aesthetically pleasing jacket only gets better as the left side of it is opened and its prestigious provenance is revealed.
