Merion Golf Club '1896' Course Used Orange Embroidered Flag
Very few of these Merion Golf Club flags have ever been made public. The East Course uses the Red Wicker Basket on all holes but the West Course uses flags - red 1896 on the outward nine holes and orange 1896 for the inward nine holes. Here we present one of the scarce course used orange flags from Merion’s West Course. This flag is highly desirable and few are known to exist.
