Nicklaus, Casper, Keller & Webb Signed Charity Golf Match Program & Scorecard PSA Authentic #84199361
A scant 4 months after picking up his highly significant new title of 'Masters Champion,' Jack Nicklaus signed this 1963 Celebrity Golf Match green program/scorecard top and center in his primitive pencil script formation with each letter of the coveted formation legible. Nicklaus teamed up with local St Louis golf professional from Normandie Golf Club Frank Keller to take on fellow Masters Champion Buffalo Billy Casper and the home course Norwood Hills pro Gene Webb. Each of the participants signatures are found on the front of the program/scorecard for maximum presentation value. 1963 marked the first Masters Tournament win of six in all for Nicklaus, giving this piece with the printed '1963 Masters Champion' below his name extra appeal. This tournament took place seven years prior to Billy Casper slipping on his green jacket. Time-period signatures continue to gain appreciation in the industry, with this Nicklaus formation in his early style - that of the examples he gave his first Masters winning season over 60 years ago. It is encapsulated by PSA for preservation, presentation and valuation.
