Tiger Woods Signed 1991 Insurance Youth Golf Classic Application
Here is one of the earliest signatures that you will ever see from Tiger Woods, on the official 1991 Insurance Youth Golf Classic Application dated June 28, 1991. Tiger Woods was 15 years old at the time, a US Junior golf sensation embarking on the first of his three straight US Junior Championship titles and six USGA Amateur titles as a whole. Additional signer, likely penning the remainder of Tiger's personal information for entry, is his father 'pops' or Earl Woods. Woods was the returning champion of this event and just beginning his march to the top of the golf world.
