Champ Johnny Miller Signed 1980 Masters 'Par 3' Wednesday Ticket #10019
The two-time major winner and 1980 Par 3 Contest champion Tommy Aaron signed this Wednesday Par 3 paper ticket in black sharpie across the green circled front. This is a clean example of the paper ticket from the day that Johnny Miller owned the George Cobb designed Augusta National short course. As Masters Tournament champion signed badges and tickets have long been en vogue, Par 3 Champs on their winning Weds tickets has seen a rise in popularity as of late - like this one penned by the three-time runner up. 'Winner Par 3' was written in ballpoint pen on the top left of the ticket. James Spence Authentication (JSA) has reviewed this signature and their auction letter of authenticity comes with this lot.
