The G. & S. Spinner Golf Tee in Original Box

This was a “spinner” tee. Its’ components include a rubber arm that fits on a 2 and 3/4 “brass peg which is anchored into the ground. The ball is placed in the indented cup on the end of the rubber arm. When you hit the ball the arm spins and the brass peg remains in the ground. This enables you to use the tee over and over again, never losing it. Very uncommon and unique tee. “Pat. Applied for” is noted on the box and also appears in raised letters on the rubber arm. Having the original box with this tee is a real bonus.
