Lawrence Earle’s - Golfer Writing Down His Score Framed Art Piece
Lawrence Earle (1845-1921) - Presented here is a framed Mezzotint Print of a Scottish golfer keeping score. Earle was best known for his portrait paintings. We believe this original print was produced in early 1900’s. A mezzotint is a print made using a copper plate which has been worked over by a tool to roughen the entire surface. This would be great for an office or den. Extremely vibrant and colorful. This vintage golf art is framed nicely and measures 18" x 22". Please refer to accompanying lot photos for a full condition report.
