Clint Eastwood, Alan Shepard (light), Alex Trebek, Charlie Sifford, Doug Ford, Darren Royal, Mike Ditka, Julius Boros, Jack Fleck (light), and many more. The signatures penned over 35 years ago with different writing instruments present with varying degrees of strength as depicted in the lot photos. The 1987 Doug Sanders Kingwood Celebrity Classic, an annual golf event, united sports and entertainment figures. Named after golf icon Doug Sanders, the tournament combined golf with charity, raising funds for diverse causes. The event emphasized camaraderie, competition, and philanthropy, showcasing the powerful influence of sports in supporting communities. 21” x 26” James Spence Authentication (JSA) has reviewed this signature and their auction letter of authenticity comes with this lot. A signed letter of provenance from The Doug Sanders Museum comes with this lot.
