Three (3) Intact 1932 Editions of 'The American Golfer' Including Sarazen Cover
Walter J. Travis founded and edited The American Golfer Magazine from 1908 until 1920 (he died in 1927) and the editorship then devolved to Grantland Rice, who continued the premier golf publication until 1936. American Golfer was a leading golf magazine of the early 20th century and precursor to modern publications like Golf Magazine and Golf Digest. It includes news, feature articles, results and photography, and was published from 1908 to 1936. Serves as a fascinating research tool. Presented here are 3 magazines from the 1932 run, and they are as follows:
April 1932 'The American Golfer' with Gene Sarazen on Cover
March 1932 'The American Golfer' with Denny Shute on Cover
November 1932 'The American Golfer' with Charlie Seaver on Cover
