Angel Cabrera Signed Titleist Masters Logo Golf Ball
If the 2009 Champion Angel Cabrera represents a hole in your Masters signed balls run, know that you are not alone. Angel has shown extreme reluctance to sign golf balls, seating him just behind Phil Mickelson and Tiger Woods in challenges for post-1984 winners. With this example being a clean black sharpie signature on a Masters logo golf ball and sourced from The Doug Sanders Museum, there is a premium put on it. For refence purposes, we have sold only a handful of these balls over the 13 years of auctions, including an example from November 2015 that achieved a price of $2,514!
Argentina's Cabrera won his first major championship at the 2007 U.S. Open at Oakmont near Pittsburgh. He finished the tournament at 5-over, topping Tiger Woods and Jim Furyk by one stroke. In addition, Cabrera also has won the 2009 Masters Tournament, doing it in a three-way sudden-death playoff fashion, sending off Chad Campbell after the first playoff hole, and defeating Kenny Perry on the second. This Titleist Masters logo golf ball contains a black sharpie signature that would grade easily an 8/10 in strength. James Spence Authentication (JSA) has reviewed this signature and their auction letter of authenticity comes with this lot.

AUCTION CLOSING RULES:
Place your bids NOW. The auction will close beginning at 10:00pm EDT Sunday, May 21st. When placing your INITIAL bid in the auction, you must agree to the terms BEFORE confirming your bid. Each lot has its own 30 minute countdown clock during extended bidding. The clock will extend 30-minutes from the time of the most recently placed bid for that lot. If no bids are placed on that lot during a 30-minute period, the lot will close. Place your bids now!
1. Place your initial bids BEFORE 10pm ET in order to bid on the item in extended bidding
2. During extended bidding, you may bid only on items you PREVIOUSLY placed a bid on.
3. Lots with only ONE or NO BIDS will close at 10pm ET
Extended bidding starts at 10pm ET, and each lot will begin closing with its own 30-minute countdown timer. Lots without a bid placed during extended bidding will close at 10:30pm ET. We recommend you place your maximum bid(s) prior to that time. Thank you
