Arnold Palmer Signed 1976 Parade of Stars Program with Dogwood Arts Festival Program
By the early 1970’s Arnold Palmer had won over 60 tour events including 7 majors. His immense popularity led to a high demand for him to appear in charitable golf exhibitions. Presented here are 2 programs from theses exhibitions including 1 signed by Palmer from the 1976 Parade of Stars. They include the following: 1) an April 1972 exhibition with Arnold Palmer, Mason Rudolph, Mickery Mabry and Paul Hahn, at the Fox Den Country Club in Knoxville Tennessee benefiting the DogWood Arts Festival. 2) a May 1976 exhibition with Arnold Palmer, Pat Fitzsimmons, Dave Crowe, and Jerry Mowlds at the Riverside Golf and Country Club in Portland Oregon benefiting Portland State University. It is signed on the Cover by not only Palmer, but the other participants as well. James Spence Authentication (JSA) has reviewed this signature and their auction letter of authenticity comes with this lot.

AUCTION CLOSING RULES:
Place your bids NOW. The auction will close beginning at 10:00pm EDT Sunday, March 5th. When placing your INITIAL bid in the auction, you must agree to the terms BEFORE confirming your bid. Each lot has its own 30 minute countdown clock during extended bidding. The clock will extend 30-minutes from the time of the most recently placed bid for that lot. If no bids are placed on that lot during a 30-minute period, the lot will close. Place your bids now!
1. Place your initial bids BEFORE 10pm ET in order to bid on the item in extended bidding
2. During extended bidding, you may bid only on items you PREVIOUSLY placed a bid on.
3. Lots with only ONE or NO BIDS will close at 10pm ET
Extended bidding starts at 10pm ET, and each lot will begin closing with its own 30-minute countdown timer. Lots without a bid placed during extended bidding will close at 10:30pm ET. We recommend you place your maximum bid(s) prior to that time. Thank you
