1934 US Open Program - Merion

The 1934 U.S. Open was the first contested by the United States Golf Association at Merion. Since that first offering Merion has become a historical site for U.S. Opens. Offered here is a program from that 1934 Open. Front cover is nice on this ALL ORIGINAL example. There are unfortunately some pages missing, and those are pages 19-24, and there is some damage to the back cover. Eighty year old U.S. Open programs just do not turn up that often. Did we mention that 1934 was the first year that both Ben Hogan and Byron Nelson played in a U.S. Open. Enjoy having this program in your collection.

Please note: This auction will end at 7:00pm EST on December 7th with extended bidding to follow. All items in the auction will remain open until no items have received a bid within a 15 minute time period. All lots are free to be bid on until extended bidding has ended. Please get your bids in before the auction ends
