Joe Powell 1993 Ryder Cup Official Commemorative Persimmon Driver
Commemorative golf driver features a hand-crafted persimmon wood head with a dark, polished mahogany finish. The crown bears the script signature Joe Powell. Powell Golf is a Florida based company known for producing the finest handmade clubs blending classic style with modern flair since 1975. The sole of the club features a brass-tone metal soleplate secured by five screws, engraved with the Ryder Cup trophy and the text RYDER CUP, 1993, THE BELFRY. Additional engraved markings on the sole include RGB 93 and 659. The club is fitted with a dark graphite shaft featuring printed gold-tone graphics including the striding man logo for JOHNNIE WALKER and the text RYDER CUP OFFICIAL COMMEMORATIVE CLUB. A secondary line of text on the shaft states DESIGNED & SUPPLIED EXCLUSIVELY BY KINGSLEY DRUMMOND, LEEDS, ENGLAND. The club is finished with a black wrap-style grip featuring a gold-tone emblem and text reading Au Naturel and NEUMANN CALF SKIN USA.
