Jimmy Thomson Signed & Personalized Photo with 'Portage' Inscription
Here we have a vintage "swing" shot of Jimmy Thomson, runner up of the 1936 PGA Championship to Denny Shute. Jimmy dueled as an actor as well as golfer. Thomson was in the Dean Martin and Jerry Lewis film "The Caddy." Jimmy refers to "Portage"in his inscription. The signed picture comes 7 1/2" x 9 1/4." James Spence Authentication (JSA) has reviewed this signature, and their auction letter of authenticity comes with this lot.

All items that have received multiple bids in the auction will remain open until no items have received a bid within a 15 minute time period (at 10pm EST, the countdown clock will be adjusted to a 5 minute interval)
