Jack Nicklaus Signed 1981 Smithsonian Champions of American Sport Card
Part of a perforated insert page of cards that included legends of sport including Muhammed Ali, Bill Russell and Sandy Koufax is this Jack Nicklaus 1981 Smithsonian Champions of Sport card. Gaining serious steam in the hobby are both scare oddball cards and signed vintage cards of the greats, the latter a longtime 'faux pas' until about five years ago. It remains a clean example of a card with a great signature across its front, the first we've seen.
