Jack Nicklaus Signed 1972 US Open at Pebble Beach 16x20 Photo
The 1972 U.S. Open was held at Pebble Beach Golf Links, and saw Nicklaus capture his third U.S. Open title, three strokes ahead of runner-up Bruce Crampton. When combined with his two U.S. Amateur wins, it was his 13th major, equaling Bobby Jones for most all-time. This oversize 16" x 20" photo depicts a pleased Nicklaus in his yellow cardigan raising his putter with the Pacific Ocean in the background. Nicklaus adorned this photo with his black sharpie signature. James Spence Authentication (JSA) has reviewed this signature and their certificate of authenticity #AA61719 comes with this lot.
