Hallowed be, The Old Course at St. Andrews held the 1970 Open Championship and saw the 'Golden Bear' take home his 2nd Claret Jug. In this lot we are offering a jet black PSA 10 auto Jack Nicklaus canary ordinary admission to course only ticket for the final Rd Saturday event in which Doug Sanders missed the putt which forced an ensuing playoff with Nicklaus the next day, complete with original string. Open Championship tickets tend to be more of a challenge than their stateside counterparts, so bid accordingly. This is ticket #1947 and while the access is ordinary, but this is anything but. This is one of just four total Jack Nicklaus signed 1970 Open Championship tickets in the PSA population report, a pop 3 with none higher for this specific ticket.
