J. A. Novak ET AL Adjustable Golf Club - Trademark Reg. - Joseph A. Novak
Joe Novak was a Southern California PGA Section President from 1949-1951. Joe Novak began caddying at the age of 7 and took his first job as a professional at the age of 16 at Butte Country Club. In 1918, he headed west, ending up in Spokane, WA. Novak competed in the 1922, 1924, and 1925 US Opens and then moved to Bel Air Country Club in Los Angeles in 1927. Novak was the first to teach golf over the radio in 1924. During the Great Depression he attended law school and passed the bar exam. Offered in this lot is Novak's patented adjustable club for bidders that is in very good condition. 37 1/2" from the top of the grip to the bottom of the heel.

This auction will end at 9:00pm EST Sunday, November 24th with EXTENDED BIDDING to follow. All items that have received multiple bids in the auction will remain open until no items have received a bid within a 15 minute time period (at 10pm EST, the countdown clock will be adjusted to a 5 minute interval). Place your bids now!
1. You must place your initial bids BEFORE extended bidding begins in order to bid on the item in extended bidding
2. During extended bidding, you are allowed to bid only on items you PREVIOUSLY placed a bid on.
3. All lots that are active in extended bidding will close at the same time, and those with only ONE or NO BIDS will close at 9pm EST
