This approx 12 inch desk top display was given compliments of the respected sporting goods company A.G. Spalding Bros of Canada to golf professional H. Henry Martell. Martell, who was the Canadian Amateur Champ in 1946, earned the the acclaim as the best amateur of his day to come out of Canada. This top display shows medium wear from daily use. It contains a medal raised golf club at the top just below the header which proclaims the "Professional" status of Mr. Martell.
