German Post-Swing Lady Golfer Bramble Ball Decorative Match Holder
Here we have a seldom , if ever, seen hand painted match holder featuring a woman golfer swinging a club next to a metal bramble ball with a brass insert that holds matches.
The ball and woman stand on a green painted platform which is stamped “ Germany” to the underside.
Measures 3 x3 “ and dates to the 1910s/20s.
This unique and likely one of a kind item will fit nicely into any cabinet and would look excellent displayed with a ball collection or other similar decorative golf items.
