This autographed vintage trading card features Gary Player. The card is part of the Goldflake Famous Sportsmen series (A Series of 50) issued by Barratt and Co. Ltd. of London, England, and is designated as card number 11. The front of the card depicts Player in a full follow-through swing, with his signature hand-signed across the upper portion in blue ink. The reverse side provides biographical information and career highlights, including his 1968 Open Championship victory and titles in the 1958 Australian Championship and 1960 South African Open. James Spence Authentication (JSA) has reviewed this signature of Gary Player and their auction house letter of authenticity comes this lot.
