Gary Koch's MacGregor VIP 2-PW Irons - Used Twice in Masters

Gary Koch used these personal clubs during his college years at the University of Florida. En route to two team SEC Championships (1973-1974) and a NCAA Championship(1973), Gary also used these for a NCAA runner-up performance to Ben Crenshaw at the 1973 meet. While still an amateur, he participated with these clubs in both the 1974 and 1975 Masters Tournament in addition to the 1973 and 1974 US Open Championship. In a hand written letter from Koch himself, he states:

Frank,

The clubs were made for me by MacGregor in the early 1970's. They were used for most of my college career at the University of Florida (1971-1974).

They were given to Sam by me in 1975 after I turned professional and signed an equipment deal with Wilson Sporting Goods. We used to play a lot of golf together at that time at Temple Terrace G&CC.

The clubs helped me win 2 SEC Championships, finish runner-up at the NCAA twice. They were used in 2 US Opens 1973 & 74, and 2 Masters 1974&75 which I played as an amateur.
