Dozen (12) Ronald Reagan Presidential Seal Wilson ProStaff 90 Compression Golf Balls
The two-term President of the United States served from 1981 until 1989 enjoyed the game similar to many before and after him in that seat. Refining his game was important to Reagan. This was evident as he took lessons from Max Elbin of Burning Tree, the same pro that taught the likes of Dwight D. Eisenhower and George H.W. Bush. The all-around athlete played college football and was captain of the swin team while attending Eureka College. The 40th President of the United States found great success on the silver screen prior, becoming a household name prior to running for office.
A complete set of twelve Ronald Reagan Presidential Seal Wilson ProStaff golf balls and original retail packaging is presented here, four individual cardboard sleeves, each containing three balls, housed within a larger dozen display box. These balls feature 90 Compression and Surlyn covers, marketed with truncated cone dimple technology. One ball is displayed showing a printed multi-color circular logo of the Great Seal of the United States, featuring an eagle with a shield, olive branch, and arrows. The opposite side of this ball bears a printed black facsimile signature reading Ronald Reagan. The other side of the ball is printed in black with Wilson ProStaff and a red number 4. The packaging is printed with Wilson ProStaff and 90 Compression/Surlyn..
