Champion Arnold Palmer Signed Used Final Rd 1984 Boca Grove Seniors Classic Scorecard
The King's tournament-finning final round scorecard has a royal ring to it - and describes precisely what we have the pleasure of offering here. The most marketable golfer, alongside only Tiger Woods, won for the 8th time on the Champions Tour on December 2, 1984 at the Boca Grove Seniors Classic by the narrowest margin of a single over Lee Elder and Orville Moody. This was his contestant's scorecard in which he happily signed at the conclusion of the third round 67-71-67 for 205 (-11) victory. 'ARNOLD PALMER' is typed in black print on the 'Contestant' line. Palmer defended his 1983 title there. This official, used scorecard was marked, scored and signed by playing partner and good friend Doug Sanders. Notice Palmer stringed together three-straight birdies from hole 5 through 7. The exuberant champion signed the 'Contestant's Signature' line with his highly legible, timeless pencil scribe to solidify his final round 67 depicted here, and tournament win!
