Author Herbert Warren Wind Signed 1948 The Story Of American Golf Book


Signed by revered golf author Herbert Warren Wind is this example of the 1948 publication, which significantly details the major championships and their winners from each tournament that took place in the United States until the publication date of 1948 and long before the internet. Warren Wind wrote numerous golf publications including 'The Story of American Golf.' Some say that Herbert Warren Wind coined the term Amen Corner, when describing the stretch of 11, 12 and 13 at Augusta National. It is in fair to good condition, please inspect the accompanying lot photos for a detailed report on this.
