Art Wall Jr. Signed 1963 Masters Tournament Official Scorecard W/His Scoring in Final Round 1959 Win
With a full signature "Art Wall Jr." on the contestant line of this 1963 Official Masters Scorecard, the 1959 Champion's scores are filled out from his victorious final round 66 to win the '59 Masters. There is also notation of Julius Boros being his scorekeeper. The 1959 Masters marked the debut of Jack Nicklaus at age 19. The real story of the 1959 Masters Tournament, however, was the dramatic rise of Art Wall, Jr., who carded a final round of 66 while overtaking 12 golfers to win his only major championship. Wall, Jr. would connect on birdies on five of the final six holes at Augusta National, pulling away from 1955 champion Cary Middlecoff, who finished one stroke behind the winner, and two strokes ahead of the previous and following year winner Arnold Palmer, who was a co-leader entering Sunday's final round. It should be noted that of equal importance Jack Nicklaus won his first Masters Tournament in 1963, the year of this official scorecard. 1. You must place your initial bids BEFORE extended bidding begins to bid on the item in extended bidding
2. During extended bidding, you are allowed to bid only on items you PREVIOUSLY placed a bid on.
3. All lots that are active in extended bidding will close at the same time, and those with only ONE or NO BIDS will close at 9pm EST
