Arnold Palmer's Personal Wilson 8802 Putter - Wilson in Red
Here we have Arnold Palmer's 8802 putter by Wilson with 'Wilson' written in red. Accompanying it is a signed letter of provenance from Sanford Davidson, son of PGA Champion and 1980 TPC Sawgrass Head Professional Peter Davidson. This is the putter made famous by Arnold Palmer and released by Wilson. This circa 1960 putter has been a favorite "play club" for many golfers over the years, the tradition started by Arnold Palmer. Palmer would go on to recreate the head shape for his 'Designed by Arnold Palmer' original putter in 1963. There is welcomed wear consistent to that of usage.
