Arnold Palmer Signed Photograph and Byron Nelson Signed Augusta National Golf Club Scorecard
This lot features two items signed by both Arnold Palmer and Byron Nelson. The first item is a color photograph of Arnold Palmer captured in a full-length follow-through pose on a golf course. Palmer is pictured wearing a navy blue, white, and red patterned sweater over a light blue collared shirt. The photograph is signed on the left side in black ink Arnold Palmer. The second item is a folding scorecard from the Augusta National Golf Club. The front panel of the scorecard features a list titled NAME OF GOLF HOLES detailing holes 1 through 18 and their corresponding botanical names, including Tea Olive, Golden Bell, and Azalea. The right panel displays the Augusta National Golf Club logo and the club name with a registered trademark symbol. This panel is inscribed in blue-black ink To T.J. followed by the signature Byron Nelson and the numbers 37-42. The interior of the scorecard contains a printed yardage and handicap table for both member and masters tees. The bottom right corner of the scorecard interior is printed with the text Miller #22750-A Rev. 9/93..
