Arnold Palmer Signed Game Used Golf Glove

R.I.P. to The King. We'll never see anyone in golf as beloved as Arnold Palmer, and his career accomplishments are overshadowed by his impact on the game. The late Palmer passed away Sunday, September 25 at age 87. Arnold Palmer's personal Bay Hill tournament used golf glove is available to bidders here, signed by Arnie himself. The glove shows clear indication that it was game used, but remains an excellent display piece for collectors. Palmer leaves his classic signature in black Sharpie. Arnold Palmer is generally regarded as one of the greatest players in the history of men's professional golf. He has won numerous events on both the PGA Tour and Champions Tour, dating back to 1955. Nicknamed "The King," he is one of golf's most popular stars and its most important trailblazer, because he was the first superstar of the sport's television age, which began in the 1950s. He is part of "The Big Three" in golf, along with Jack Nicklaus and Gary Player, who are widely credited with popularizing and commercializing the sport around the world. Palmer won the PGA Tour Lifetime Achievement Award in 1998, and in 1974 was inducted into the World Golf Hall of Fame.

James Spence Authentication (JSA) has reviewed this autograph and their certification of its authenticity will come with this lot.
