Arnold Palmer Signed 2004 'Arnold Palmer Memories, Stories & Memorabilia...The Course' Book
The King signed his book Arnold Palmer: Memories, Stories, & Memorabilia.' One of the most recognizable athletes in all of sport, Palmer took great pride in his personal brand, from shaking hands of fans to his business ventures. Arnold Palmer brought the game to the masses, popularizing the game of golf much more than any had anticipated. The King won 7 majors among 62 PGA Tour wins and was in the inaugural class of the World Golf Hall of Fame. This book goes into depth through stories and lasting memories that he was a part of. Additionally there is a certificate of authenticity dated from 2005 from The Eastern Press that accompanies this book. James Spence Authentication (JSA) has reviewed this signature and their auction letter of authenticity comes with this lot with inscription likely not in his hand as commonplace.
In honor of Brad Roberts, this lot has been generously donated with 100% of proceeds benefiting the Brad Roberts Memorial Trust for Riley, supporting his family and celebrating his legacy within the golf collecting community and honoring a founding member of The Golf Auction.
