Arnold Palmer 1992 Sculpture By Bob Pack
Artist Bob Pack meticulously sculpted this Arnold Palmer post-swing bronze on plinth with an extreme attention to detail, the calling card for the Texas-based creator known worldwide for scales up to life-size. The base includes his signature and year of production, 1992. On his official website, his biography delves into his deep golf roots: "Pack first received prominence and international acclaim with his outstanding art series entitled “Legends of Golf” which depicts the sport’s finest players: Arnold Palmer, Jack Nicklaus, Bobby Jones and Gary Player. Other recognized greats who also own some of Pack’s sculpture are Bryon Nelson, the late Gene Sarazen, Tom Watson, Nick Price and Ben Crenshaw. His creative genius as an artist has earned him a reputation as the foremost sculptor of bronze sports figures in the world." On the light stained round wood plinth there is a nameplate that reads "Arnold Palmer by Bob Pack."
