A Set of Vintage Ben Hogan 90 Golf Balls in Original Box
A complete set of vintage Ben Hogan 90 golf balls. The collection consists of twelve golf balls housed in the original two piece red cardboard box. Each ball is individually sealed in its original factory clear cellophane wrapper. The golf balls are marked with a blue script signature for Ben Hogan a red 90 designation and red play numbers including 1 2 3 and 4. Some balls also feature the text HOGAN CONSTRUCTION printed around the equator. The exterior of the red lid features a decorative graphic of a golf ball centered within a green and gold starburst design. The interior of the lid contains a fold down red cardboard display flap with three circular cutouts showing ball graphics. A small white triangular logo containing the letters AMF is printed on the side of the lower box portion indicating manufacture during the period of ownership by American Machine and Foundry approximately between 1960 and 1984.
