A Pair of Silver-Plated Pierced Baskets by Garrard and Co. Ltd.
A pair of small, oval, silver-plated pierced baskets produced by Garrard and Co. Ltd. Each vessel features reticulated sides decorated with scrolling foliate motifs positioned above a register of vertical slats. The top rim is finished with a continuous beaded edge. The interior base of each basket is engraved with the following inscription: LYFORD CAY CLUB / MEMBER GUEST INVITATION TOURNAMENT / BEST BALL OF FOURSOME / 1980. The undersides bear the stamped maker mark: GARRARD and Co Ltd.
