Contained in this lot is a 1995 Grand Slam Of Golf Commemorative Golf Bag with Ben Crenshaw, Corey Pavin, John Daly, & Steve Elkington. Embroidered on the side of this full-size white leather bag are the four names that took their career to the next level in 1995 and won a major tournament, two for the lone time in their careers and a pair for the second and last time. The annual Grand Slam of Golf honored the momentous occasion with a year end tournament between those four golfers. The tournament represented four different tales. Ben Crenshaw won the extremely emotional Masters Tournament only days after attending long-time teacher Harvey Penick's funeral, capped off with an embrace with his loyal caddie and friend Carl Jackson. John Daly offered a different story when the long haired, free spirited "long shot" won at the Open Championship at the the birthplace of golf, St Andrews. Corey Pavin and Steve Elkington would add to their own legacies as they would forever be known as major champions. This bag contains the Hawaiian tournament's logo stitched in both sides. The bag is in good condition, with its original inventory number still evident on the pocket.
