1973 PGA Champions Dinner Money Clip/Badge - Jack Nicklaus Winner

High winds affected the scoring in the final round of the 1972 US Open at Pebble Beach, though set up the conditions for one of Jack Nicklaus' most memorable shots - his 1 iron shot on the par 3 17th hole hit dead at the pin and bounced off, settling mere inches from the hole, poised perfectly for a tap in birdie. Nicklaus finished at a 2 over par 290, earning his 3rd US Open title and 11th Major over all. This offering is for a 1973 PGA Champions Dinner Money Clip/Badge celebrating Nicklaus' 1972 PGA Championship finish. It is engraved on the reverse and in very good condition.
