1969 Multi-Signed The Old Course Hotel Dinner Menu/Pamphlet

Two months and one day after Apollo 11's moon landing that was one small step for man and one giant leap for mankind was this October 21, 1969 dinner banquet held at the St Andrews Old Course. Dignitaries and golfers attended this club gathering at the Hotel. Common of Ryder Cup banquets, one of the attendees passed around their menu that evening as a vehicle for signatures from those along side him. These individuals included PGA Tour winner and club pro Jim Feree, Peachtree head professional and PGA official Jack Sargent, legendary golf instructor Jack Lumpkin. The stacked signatures, with one exception, run down the left side outer cover of the menu opposite the St Andrews Coat of Arms. James Spence Authentication (JSA) has reviewed this signature and their auction letter of authenticity comes with this lot.

2. During extended bidding, you may bid only on items you PREVIOUSLY placed a bid on.
3. Lots with only ONE or NO BIDS will close at 10pm ET

Extended bidding starts at 10pm ET, and all lots will begin closing with their own 30-minute countdown clock. Lots without a bid placed during extended bidding will close at 10:30pm ET. We recommend you place your maximum bid(s) prior to that time. Thank you
