1966 Masters Tournament Sunday Final Round Ticket #999 - Jack Nicklaus Win
It had never been done before at The Masters Tournament, a back-to-back (or Jack-to-Jack) champion emerged. This final round paper ducat which once gained admittance into Augusta National that Sunday is one of the few survivors from that all-important day. A chance to relive the Golden Bear's 1966 Masters victory is presented to you in this lot, with the three-digit (barely) Sunday ticket #999 with its original string. Nicklaus earned his third green jacket and became the first back-to-back Masters winner in an 18-hole playoff over Tommy Jacobs and Gay Brewer.
