1961 Masters Tournament Spectator Guide - Gary Player Winner
Gary Player became the first international Masters winner in 1961, defeating Arnold Palmer and Charles Coe by one stroke, the first of his three Masters titles. This guide comes in good condition, with the little wear on the cover detailed in the pictures. One of the great innovations to come out of the Masters Tournament is the Spectator Guide which the Augusta National began providing their patrons in the late 1940's. Contained in the Spec. Guide you will find the thoughts of Bobby Jones on the event which was his brainchild, along with a detailed history of the Masters happenings and results. The spectator guide run is a staple of Masters collecting similar to tickets/badges, and often takes years to compile.
This is the largest auction we have had to date. Please use the search button and categories tab as an option to navigate your way through the numerous lots.
