1956 Masters Tournament SERIES Badge #5063 - Jack Burke Winner
The 20th playing of The Masters Tournament saw Jack Burke, Jr. win his first Major Championship on the largest stage in golf - only months before he would claim his second! The Champions Club co-founder and Texas native passed red-hot amateur Ken Venturi after scorching back from a record 8 shots back in the last tournament not to have a 36-hole cut. A deal with CBS was in place, allowing 1956 to be the first Masters Tournament that was able to be viewed on the television. The 97 year old Jack Burke Jr. is known for being one of the superb gentlemen in the game of golf and still active at the Champions Club in Texas. Here we have a vibrant red SERIES Sunday ticket #2898 in very condition, with slight expected spotting on the ducat noted for accuracy purposes only that does not detract from its clean presentation. The 2000 World Golf Hall of Famer Jack Burke is the currently the oldest living past Masters Tournament champion at 99-years young! This is the first opportunity we have had to offer the SERIES ticket for the 1956 contest, one that should not be passed up.

AUCTION CLOSING RULES:
Place your bids now as this auction will close LOT BY LOT beginning at 10:00pm EDT Sunday, May 22nd. When placing your INITIAL bid in the auction, you must agree to the terms BEFORE confirming your bid. All items with multiple bidders in the auction will be eligible for the extended bidding period. Each lot will have its OWN COUNTDOWN CLOCK set for a 30-minute interval, and the clock will extend 30-minutes from the time of the most recently placed bid for that lot. If no bids are placed on that lot during a 30-minute period, the lot will close. Place your bids now!
1. You must place your initial bids BEFORE extended bidding begins to bid on the item in extended bidding
2. During extended bidding, you are allowed to bid only on items you PREVIOUSLY placed a bid on.
3. All lots with only ONE or NO BIDS will automatically close at 10pm EDT
4. All available lots will begin closing on a LOT BY LOT basis at 10pm EDT
**Once extended bidding starts at 10pm EDT, each lot will then begin closing with its own 30-minute countdown timer. Lots without a bid during extended bidding will close at 10:30pm ET. We recommend you place your maximum bid(s) prior to that time. Thank you**
