1950 Women's Amateur Championship at East Lake Club House Pin #000
Bobby Jones' Atlanta Athletic Club would host the mid-century playing of the women's oldest major. Beverly Hanson was victorious in 1950 at the US Womens Amateur Championship over Mae Murray by a score of 6 and 4. Hanson also was a member of the victorious 1950 US Curtis Cup team. This pin #000 is in good condition, with the paper nameplate removed since.
