1946 Masters Tournament Second Round Friday Ticket #352
The 1946 Masters Tournament was the 10th contested Masters at Augusta National Golf Club. It marked the first Masters since 1942 because of World War II. Herman Keiser went on to win the first post-war Masters Tournament. Keiser and Ben Hogan both three-putted the 18th hole on Sunday to allow Keiser to win by one stroke. Here we have a Friday ticket #352, a low number and seldom seen ticket that is well worth a look for the Masters collectors. This desired badge remains in good condition with sharp corners. The string is nto present, and there is some residue and remnants ont he verso from it's preservation in a scrapbook. This is only the seond Friday ticket we have seen from the 1946 tournament
