1894 The Ladies Golf Championship At Littlestone Matted Print/Publication
Here is a rare 1894 print/publication of the 1894 Ladies Golf Championships prominently featuring players and golf clubs in this era. Major Golfing Events have taken place at Littlestone throughout its long history and the 2nd Ladies Championship, organized by the Ladies Golf Union, was played in 1894 and this piece represents a moment in time for this event. Issette Pearson, whose home club was Wimbledon is prominently pictured at bottom center. This original 19th century prize is quite attractive and historical. We have never seen a comparable piece so bid accordingly. 25" x 20"
